DEPLASE OLEKRANON KIRIKLARININ ZUGGURTUNG TEKNÝÐÝ ÝLE OSTEOSENTEZÝ

1992 Þubat -1996 Nisan tarihleri arasýnda Taksim Hastanesi Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniðinde 41 hastanýn deplasmanlý olekranon kýrýðý tension band wiring (zuggurtung) tekniði ile tedavi edildi. Lezyon tipleri Colton'a göre sýnýflandýrýlarak tedavi yöntemi ve sonuçlarý çeþitli parametrelere göre deðerlendirildi. Bu parametrelerin ýþýðý altýnda her lezyon tipinde, hangi yöntemlerin baþarýlý olabilecekleri incelendi. Weseley'in kriterlerine göre 13 hastada (%31.7) çok iyi, 17 hastada (%41.46) iyi, 9 hastada orta (%21.95), 2 hastada da(%.4.89) kötü sonuç alýndý.

THE OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF DEPLACED OLECRANON FRACTURE WITH ZUGGURTUNG TECHNIQUE

We operated on 41 patients with deplaced olecranon fracture, between February 1992 and April 1996 by utilizing tension band wiring (zuggurtung) technique in department Of orthopedics and traumatology, Taksim State Hospital. Lesion types were classified according to Colton classification and treatment methods and results were evaluated with various parameters. Success of different method in treatment of each lesion was evaluated. The patients were evaluated using Weseley criteria and results were highly succesfull in 13 patients, succesfull in 17 patients, moderate in 9 patients and poor in 2 patients. Our data revealed that, in deplaced olecranon fracture, open reduction and internal fixation with zuggurtung technique should be the preferred method.
